Also, please note our mailing address above that is a postal box location only in Land O' Lakes. Oak Grove is a community of 875 single family homes located in Lutz, Florida. Our community is nestled between Land O' Lakes and Wesley Chapel off of State Road 54. Oak Grove is minutes away from great shopping centers, fine dining, grocery stores, fun and activity centers, and the central county public library, recreation centers and parks. Though in Lutz (zip 33559) of Pasco County, our community parallels alongside County Line Road to Hillsborough County and the City of Tampa. We are a few miles from Interstate I-75 from Wesley Chapel to New Tampa, Brandon, or Riverview or Interstate I-275 to City of Tampa, downtown Tampa, St. Petersburg or Clearwater. Our community is fortunate to have Denham Oaks Elementary School in the heart of our community. This attribute is a great benefit to our family residents with young children. Oak Grove is deed restricted community, operated and managed by a group of resident volunteers. All members work diligently and proudly to maintain the beautiful appearance of Oak Grove throughout the year. We take pride to timely answer questions of our residents, uphold the community deed restriction enforcement, and working with local business contractors to keep our common grounds and ponds looking their best! The Board of Directors are also volunteers who are not paid for their time and effort for our community.
