Welcome to Oak Grove in Lutz, Florida!
Oak Grove HOA is a non-profit corporation and deed restricted community, operated and managed by residents of Oak Grove. All volunteer residents are members of the Board and/or Committees and are not paid for their time. The Board and Committees are responsible for abiding by the law and established HOA documents to operate the Association.
You now live in a DEED RESTRICTED COMMUNITY and must adhere to community guidelines. Under the Association Documents & Forms link, all Association documents are available including: the Declaration (Covenants) including deed restrictions and other guidance; the Violation resolutions and guidelines; the Architectural Control Committee standards and guidelines; and financial information about how your HOA dues are budgeted and spent. Please take a few minutes from your day to familiarize yourself and your family with these rules, regulations and guidelines to remain in compliance. Also, please review the required Architectural application forms for exterior modifications or improvements to your home which must be submitted and approved prior to starting any exterior modifications or improvements to your property.
Our community website is a great source of information about current events and information about your community. Along with the community website, the HOA distributes community newsletters via USPS mail, printing courtesy of the St. Petersburg Times. Our newsletters provide current communications of upcoming HOA projects, current projects underway, new developments within the community, events within Oak Grove, safety and protection articles courtesy of the Oak Grove Crime Watch, and much more! Oak Grove Board meetings are held the last Thursday of each month at 7:30pm (unless otherwise posted). All regularly schedule board meetings are held at Publix at the corner of SR 56 and Bruce B Downs Blvd. Click here for a map. All residents are encouraged to attend to obtain information and hear discussion of upcoming events by the Board and membership. The Board welcomes all residents to voice concerns, suggestions and other community related matters. Board contact information is located under the Contacts section of the website.
Committee meetings are held various times throughout the month. We welcome volunteers!!! Please see the HOA Committees and Minutes of Meeting links to learn of volunteer opportunities.
Also, our community is fortunate to have a volunteer-based Crime Watch. Crime Watch meetings are held as needed and to become a volunteer is easy. If you are interested in joining the Crime Watch, please contact the HOA secretary@oakgrovehoa.com. Your help is greatly appreciated to keep our community safe and enjoyable place to live!
