Pond Maintenance Projects

NOTICE:

Association Board and residents have observed damage to various ponds made by ATVs (four-wheelers, dirt motorcycles, etc) and children digging on the pond floor.  The Association would like to remind all residents and guests that ATVs are not permitted in the ponds at any time (including on the banks, in dry areas of the pond or the surrounding grassy areas)!  Also, digging up vegetation/grass and/or creating holes on the pond floor is not permitted.

These acts will not be tolerated.  Pasco County Sheriffs Office has been notified and is routinely monitoring the ponds.

Please be aware that all damage, like done in these careless instances, shall come from your funds as paid to the Association.  If you are sighted and identified, repair costs will be billed to you.  Please assist the Association by immediately reporting these matters to the Pasco County Sheriffs Office (813) 929-1204 and the Association at (813) 448-3841.
