Estoppels Requests
HOA Documents
**IMPORTANT: See FS 720.401. Ask the Treasurer about Oak Grove's Disclosure Summary!
Please advise all new homeowners/residents: 1) Oak Grove is a deed restricted community and the homeowner is agreeing to abide by all HOA documents accordingly. 2) All violations noted in estoppel disclosures must be timely resolved. 3) Copies of all HOA documents must be provided to the purchasing homeowner. All documents are available online at www.OakGroveHOA.com or may be obtained from the Association for $25; HOA documents include the deed restrictions (declaration), recently adopted violations guidelines, ACC standards and violations resolutions applicable within the community. Failure to abide by these guidelines may require violation fines or costs assessed to resolve any outstanding issues. 4) Our community website is available with recent NEWS for the homeowner. 5) Change of Address Form Requirement – Unless otherwise notified, all HOA information will be mailed to the Oak Grove Address or address the HOA has on file. If written notification is not provided to the Board of any change of address (or verify the HOA has your correct address), invoices and other HOA information may not reach the resident! Please use the change of address form to submit your written request to Michelle at treasurer@oakgrovehoa.com. 6) Please send a copy of the warranty deed to the HOA address (2209 Collier Parkway, Suite 141, Land O’ Lakes, FL 34639) or fax 813-448-3841 as listed above or email to treasurer@oakgrovehoa.com for prompt updating of lot records. The HOA is required to mail out certain information to the residents including annual voting information, budget and financial reports and annual invoices. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to keep the HOA up-to-date with the most current mailing address at all times to avoid fees and lack of receipt of all HOA related information. The required change of address form is available on our website (and above) for submission of a mailing address different from the Oak Grove address. (posted 1/1/2009)
